We're Hiring! Associate Producer/Project Coordinator
Arcpoint Studios is looking for an Associate Producer/Project Coordinator to join our team based in Fort Worth, Texas. Arcpoint Studios is a dynamic video production studio that creates videos for web content, social media, TV commercials and more.
The ideal candidate will be collaborative, engaged, and have a passion for visual storytelling, as well as a desire to create, collaborate and organize a talented team of creative professionals. This position will start as a 90 day W2 contract position with the opportunity to become full-time.
What You'll Do:
Works closely with Operations Manager, to understand needs of upcoming projects
Hire crew and talent, secure locations, plan shoots and establish production schedules
Communicate changes in the production schedule, creative brief or resources to the Creative Team, identifying and solving potential issues
Schedule and attend weekly production meetings to evaluate project needs
Be a liaison between video crews, talent, video editors and the client
Collaborate with Operations Manager on procedures and processes to increase workflow efficiency
Track project statuses including milestones and deadlines for multiple projects
Review Contractor & Talent Database while scheduling to ensure talent fits the requirements
Communicate with clients on project updates
Onboard new contractors, vendors and ensure all forms are completed and submitted correctly
Assist Creative Team, with other duties as assigned
Assist with Sales to determine project budgets and planning
May oversee some production paperwork such as release forms, permits and work for hire agreements
What You'll Need:
1-2 years of production or project coordinator experience, working with a photo and video studio, production company or creative agency is a plus
Knowledge of the film production industry, with the ability and desire to work in a creative environment
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume photo and video production environment
Superb attention to detail and time management skills
Stellar written and verbal communication skills
Ability to make quick, quality decisions and remain composed under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills; A team player, positive and innovative thinker
Ability to work collaboratively and be resourceful when planning or pivoting the weekly production schedule
