Trinity Metro

the challenge:

Trinity Metro was preparing for its inaugural Annual Meeting, bringing together civic leaders, business executives, and key stakeholders from across Fort Worth.

The goal wasn’t just to recap the organization — it was to set the tone for the future.

They needed a film that could:

  • Clearly communicate who Trinity Metro is

  • Reframe public perception beyond “just transportation”

  • Position transit as a driver of growth, opportunity, and connection across Fort Worth

  • Energize a room full of decision-makers and community leaders

This wasn’t just a video.
It was the closing moment of the event — the final impression.

BEHIND THE WORK

Big ideas only work when the process supports them. Here’s how we game plan, prepare, and execute without wasting time or momentum.

+ CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT + CASTING + LOCATION PLANNING

01

PRE-PRODUCTION

the solution

Arcpoint Studios partnered with Trinity Metro to create a cinematic “Amplify” film that repositions transit as a key driver of growth and connection across Fort Worth.

Rather than focusing solely on transportation, the story highlights how mobility connects education, healthcare, workforce, innovation, and culture. Through a mix of character-driven moments and curated footage, we built a narrative that feels both expansive and grounded in the city.

In addition to the main film, we produced a cinematic prelude loop to set the tone as guests entered the event, creating a cohesive visual experience from start to finish.

We avoided a traditional “about us” approach and instead focused on showing impact through real-world moments — how transit touches everyday lives across the city.

+ ON-LOCATION PRODUCTION + CASTING + WARDROBE

PRODUCTION

With a tight turnaround, our team executed a focused production strategy:

  • Multi-location shoots across Dallas-Fort Worth

  • Real environments tied to each sector (medical district, campuses, downtown, industrial corridors)

  • Leveraging existing footage to expand visual scope without slowing production

On-Location Production

Production for this project was fast-paced and highly ambitious. Over the course of just a few days, our team traveled to more than 42 locations across Fort Worth, capturing the real environments where Trinity Metro’s services intersect with daily life.

To authentically represent the system, our crew embedded directly into the experience — riding trains, buses, vans, and bikes, moving through the city the same way the community does. This approach allowed us to capture natural, lived-in moments while maintaining a cinematic standard.

All principal production was executed within a four-day window, requiring tight coordination, efficient scheduling, and a team that could adapt quickly in real time. The result is a film that feels expansive in scale, while grounded in the reality of how Fort Worth moves.

efficiency on the move

Post-production was one of the most demanding phases of the project. With a wide range of footage captured across multiple locations, combined with sourced and archival assets, the challenge was not just editing — it was building a cohesive narrative from fragmented pieces in a highly compressed timeline.

Our team worked to carefully weave together different sectors, storylines, and visual tones into a single, unified film that felt intentional from beginning to end. Every decision — from shot selection to pacing, music progression, and voiceover timing — was designed to create a sense of momentum and connection across the city.

The edit was structured to build energy over time, starting grounded and observational, then gradually increasing in intensity through tighter pacing, layered visuals, and rising audio. This allowed the film to evolve into a powerful closing moment that aligned with the energy of the room.

Bringing all of these elements together under a tight deadline required a high level of precision, collaboration, and creative problem-solving — ultimately resulting in a film that feels seamless, despite the complexity behind it.

the result

The film premiered as the closing piece of Trinity Metro’s Annual Meeting, playing in a room filled with Fort Worth’s top civic and business leaders.

The impact was immediate:

  • The film energized the room and reinforced the organization’s vision

  • It helped reposition Trinity Metro as a key driver of the city’s future

  • It created a shared moment that aligned stakeholders around growth, connectivity, and opportunity

In addition to the films, our team delivered a collection of lifestyle stills captured throughout production, along with a library of high-quality video assets that Trinity Metro can continue to use across future marketing, communications, and campaigns.

For our team, the most meaningful outcome was seeing the reaction in real time — a reminder that when story, strategy, and execution align, the work can truly move people.
