The Project
Our creative video production team was tapped by agency partner Alpha Business Images to collaborate on the Ending HIV Epidemic (EHE) campaign for Dallas County Health & Human Services. The campaign, titled No Judgement, aimed to normalize conversations around sexual health and encourage STI testing—all through a bilingual, judgment-free message designed to connect with a wide-ranging audience across North Texas.
Working from a client-provided script, our goal was to deliver six finished pieces:
Two :30 commercials
Two :15 cutdowns
Two :07 teaser spots
Each version was produced in English and Spanish, for use on broadcast, digital platforms, and social media. The creative centered on relatable, slice-of-life scenarios that made the conversation around STI testing feel casual, approachable, and stigma-free.
The Process
As a Fort Worth-based video production company, we specialize in fast-moving, detail-oriented shoots—and this campaign was no exception. With just one 10-hour production day, we leaned on our scouting expertise to find a residential location that could serve as both a welcoming indoor space and a casual outdoor backdrop. The client made a quick, confident choice, enabling us to jump straight into storyboard development and shot planning without delay.
Shooting in January meant preparing for the Texas cold. We proactively secured outdoor heaters and comfort stations to ensure the cast and crew stayed warm and energized throughout the day.
Faced with a last-minute casting adjustment the morning of the shoot our team adapted quickly—reshuffling the schedule and having remaining talent deliver both English and Spanish dialogue. The flexibility and professionalism of the talent, combined with our team's agile coordination, helped the production stay on time and on track.
The living room interior was styled for authenticity, with thoughtful blocking that supported natural, conversational performances. As we transitioned to the outdoor patio scenes, the porch was bare and we brought in tons of furniture and plants to make it look like it wasn't the dead of winter. Our lighting team worked dynamically to overcome shifting sunlight and winter shadows, using soft diffusion and fill lighting to maintain visual consistency throughout the afternoon.
From bilingual dialogue coordination to weather-proof production planning, this project highlighted our team’s ability to manage tight timelines, quick pivots, and high creative standards.
The Result
The No Judgement campaign was delivered on time, on budget, and in full alignment with the client’s vision—showcasing the value of inclusive messaging, agile production, and collaborative storytelling. The campaign now lives across broadcast, YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms, helping spread an empowering message: that getting tested is smart, safe, and never something to be ashamed of.
The bilingual video deliverables helped expand the campaign’s reach across English- and Spanish-speaking communities in Dallas County, reinforcing the importance of equity in public health outreach.
From the planning process to post-production, our team brought empathy, precision, and problem-solving to every step—proving again that Fort Worth video production services can drive social impact through strategic creative execution.
Performance metrics are expected from the client soon and will be added as results become available.
